One of my old team member from previous organization had received an email from Capgemini HR for this post and he had forwarded the same to me for walk in. The interview was scheduled for evening as the concerned managers from operations works in the night shift. There were two rounds by first and second level managers and I was told by the senior manager post interview that I would be contacted by the HR. From next day the HR was in touch me to submit the documents and later I had behavioural interview followed by HR interview and I was given an offer.

First two rounds were related the project and the third round focussed on how I had acted in a particular situation based on information provided in my resume. The HR round focussed on my personal, educational and work experience from previous organizations.
