Selection Process consists of 4 Rounds:
1. Online Aptitude Test
2. Pseudo Code Round
3. Technical Round
4. HR
Aptitude test will be moderate and there will be one essay writing also in first round . And pseudo code round will be difficult. If you clear pseudo code round it is easy to get placed in Capgemini . In TR they will ask about project and they check basic coding knowledge and also prepare well the technologies which you mentioned in resume .HR is simple just they will collect documents and they will ask some questions like self details, family background,etc...
In TR, Mam is very friendly and they will check our confident levels.

Interview
The interview was conducted on the Superset platform with a recruiter or technical interviewer. The questions are generally basic to intermediate, especially for freshers.Preparing basic aptitude, programming fundamentals, SQL, OOP, and your project explanation will cover a large portion of typical interview rounds.
It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.
