The hiring process consists of an online application form of a few standard questions, CV and cover letter. The position I actually applied for was Graduate Technology Project Consultant, but my application was progressed for the Salesforce Consultant role. The next step for me was a digital interview, then assessment center. The digital interview was split into two sections, the first half being a mixture of motivation/ competency based questions. The second half was a set of virtual, time-limited activities to give you an idea of what a day at Capgemini might be like. It involved reading information and responding to emails, video calls, and answering some SJ questions. The whole process lasted about an hour. The interview questions were pretty standard, however I felt very pushed for time on the virtual exercises and didn't get to finish some.
