Interview
The interview process started through Microsoft Teams invite & Later followed by online Amcat Assessment test for the evaluation of communication skills of the candidate.
The interviewer asked the questions of both configuration & customization part .

There were questions from both Configuration as well as Customization .
Scenario based questions on Security Model in salesforce , Lead Conversion Process , Lightning Web Components , Standard vs Custom Controller , What is Connected Apps, Question based on Platform Events in Salesforce .
Online only. Recorded Interview with pre-determined questions. Followed by a round of online questions aimed at processing speeds and style of thought. The last round of the interview was a day group event where similar puzzle style activities where planned, with some individual tasks snuck in. Key leadership skills and authority was noted however, fairness remained a consistent theme.
