Zu Beginn wurden die Interviewer und das Unternehmen vorgestellt. Anschließend habe ich mich vorgestellt und es wurden Fragen zur meiner Person gestellt. Danach wurde das Unternehmen ausführlich vorgestellt inkl. Einstieg und Weiterbildungs-/Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten. Anschließend wurde ich nach meinen beruflichen Zielen gefragt. Daraufhin gab es nochmals eine lockere Fragerunde.

Mostly they focus on how we give the answer of each and every question
Had 2 rounds of interview after an assessment. The first was technical round. They asked about data algorithms, lot of questions on java, SQL and working knowledge of C++. The second round was HR round, where it was mostly on behavioural questions, am i okay with working in any shifts and compensation negotiations and locations issues.
