Interview had two rounds, First was conducted by company guys and once clearing the this first round, second round was conducted by client. Then salary discussion with HR team. Interview process was smoothly conducted.

I had an initial screening with a recruiter, followed by a 1-on-1 interview with my would-be manager, followed by another 1-on-1 interview with their manager. In both of those instances, I logged onto Teams and both times the person on the other end had their camera off and it would remain off. Since I had already turned mine off, I don't think I bothered with turning off my camera. It made for an awkward experience and was probably a sign of things to come regarding my experiences working there. I couldn't get a read on how the interviews went with both conversations and was genuinely surprised when an offer came in. They were my second choice, and as my first choice never came through, I followed through on accepting the job offer.

Interview process is average compare to other reputed companies. Clearing the English mock test is quite different from other companies and based on the offer letter it is delayed more on this process.
