Interview
The Interview process was very smooth. The Interview had 3 rounds.
The 1st round was Technical discussion and Interviewer will try to understand your basic knowledge on the salesforce platform. Interviewer will ask for Data security Model, Objects & Relationship, Scenario based questions and they will also judge your coding skill and they might ask you to write a Trigger or Async Apex code for batch job processing.
The 2nd round will be offline Interview and the Interviewer will judge you on your communication skills, Salesforce configuration specially Salesforce flows, You have to explain the projects that you might have done with your past organisation and they will also seek to know if you have knowledge on Salesforce latest updates. The most Important is part that they will try to know if you are able to build custom components or not using Aura or LWC.
The 3rd Round is HR round and HR will try to check your expectations and what they can offer. In this phase you can negotiate for salary depending on skills.

Question 1
Build a logic to update mailing address on each associated contact object whenever Billing address of Account get updated.
Online only. Recorded Interview with pre-determined questions. Followed by a round of online questions aimed at processing speeds and style of thought. The last round of the interview was a day group event where similar puzzle style activities where planned, with some individual tasks snuck in. Key leadership skills and authority was noted however, fairness remained a consistent theme.
