Totally disgusting. Had a first communication with the coordinator and clearly mentioned the expected CTC. She confirmed that they have the budget and on that condition only interview was scheduled. Cleared both the interviews and precisely three interviews. As after the first interview taken, they mentioned that there was some network issue and they won’t consider that. Post interviews, when I got a call from HR, I mentioned that this was the expected CTC, but she mentioned that we don’t have that budget and will require approval. She kept on saying that for 1.5 months and after that, I just got an email that due to expected CTC issue, they won’t be taking my profile ahead, so this was my experience. Had a similar kind of bad experience with Capgemini Last year also. These HR won’t consider your expected CTC and current CTC and simply just push on scheduling interviews. That’s it.
