Interview was ok. The d365 division seems to only go with one of their favourite recruitment agent who apparently is the friend of the person interviewing. So if you are not going through this recruitment agent then you are unlikely to get in no matter how good you are. Found the entire recruitment process haphazard and dodgy. Ghosting in and out by the recruiter.
