I was informed there will be 2 rounds and then HR round.
I cleared both the round.
HR round also done with salary discussion
Then at the time of releasing offer they said we need to take one more round and then they rejected candidature.
I would say if you are not sure dont take Hr round and don’t waste your and candidate’s time.

Internal referral, recruiter reached out to set an interview with a few team members. The recruiter confirmed a few data points (salary range, in person) and send the job description. After the interview, I followed up with the recruiter 3 or 4 times, only received one response back (the first time) saying the recruiter would check. 2 months later, no official word. Seriously bad communication.

Interview
I attended a face-to-face interview where the invite mentioned the timing as 9:30 AM to 4 PM, but there was no clear reporting time mentioned. I had replied to the HR email asking for clarification but did not receive any response.
I arrived around 9:20 AM and got my visitor pass, but candidates were made to wait for several hours without a proper queue or first-come-first-serve process. Resumes were collected randomly from those who managed to reach the floor quickly when called, which felt unorganized. My turn only came around 4:30 PM. During lunch time, candidates were informed that cafeteria arrangements were not planned and we were asked to order food ourselves and return within 30–45 minutes. When the interview finally started, it was conducted in an open ODC environment without proper interview rooms. Two candidates were called to the same interviewer at the same time, and the interviewer appeared exhausted after conducting interviews throughout the day and interacted in a rather impatient and discourteous manner. Overall, the experience felt poorly organized and not very respectful of candidates’ time.
