In 2025, I have given interview in capgemini which is virtual, the interview is not so hard, they will ask whatever you kept in resume. The interview will be hardly 20-25 mins, basic definations and your projects in resume.

Interview
The interview process for the SAP CPI Consultant role consisted of multiple rounds. It began with an initial screening where basic questions on my experience and project background were asked. Then there was a technical round that focused on SAP CPI flows, adapters, content modifiers, error handling, and integration patterns. I was also asked to explain real-time project scenarios, how I handled errors, and worked with APIs. Overall, it was a balanced and professional interview process.

the interview process was good there was one technical interview and one HR round. In technical interview there was only one panellist. Difficulty level was average. my overall experience was decent.
