I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capital Group (San Antonio, TX) in Jul 2014
Interview
There were multiple interviews very detailed and very pleasant. The first was a virtual interview that was done by web cam followed by a phone interview. I then had a 2nd phone interview before I was offered an opportunity to come onsite. The first onsite included a tour of the campus along with a group call calibration session. After that we were then interviewed individually by HR and a Hiring manager. From there call backs started around 2 weeks later when I was asked to complete a background check/Drug test. Once everything came back I was offered a position.

Interview
First was a Zoom interview w/ recruiter. If you move in then it's two in person interviews on the same day with different hiring managers. Standard STAR format questions. They give you a tour of the campus and offices to give you a sense of the working environment.

Interview
Recruiting screen. Invitation to interview came three business days after I applied. Pretty standard questions, the recruiter was nice and supportive. My only complaint was that they told me to reach out with questions and strongly implied I would be moving forward. After some time has passed I reached out with questions. Didn’t hear anything until I got an automated email telling me the position was filled.
