I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capital Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
The first round is a video interview with about 5 pre-recorded questions. You have between 1-4 minutes to respond to each and are not given the change to re-do them.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital Group (London, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
Initial one way recorded interview (multiple takes allowed), then interview with HR in LA. After that interview with senior member of chosen team, then final round with 3 30 min interviews with different members of the team. Overall team were super friendly and seemed like genuinely interesting and intelligent people who weren't looking to catch you out but instead find more about you. Communication was excellent for first few rounds however was disappointed to find that following my final round it took the firm over a month of chasing to communicate the decision (no offer) which was certainly a let down given how friendly and communicative the rest of the team had been throughout the process. Nevertheless a positive experience, just a shame I couldn't stick the landing as seems like a great firm to begin your career at.
