Weird! 2 calls with LA based staff and one in London, operating more like a cult than a company. Multiple personal questions asked, so uncomfortable, I should have known it wasn't going to end well. I hadn't realised the profiling of a candidate was made so obvious now days. Stay away from Capital and the strange recruitment companies they use! The London office is toxic and helpless. They need someone who actually cares about the staff/employees to make it a good place to work.
