I don't think I've ever interviewed with people this unprofessional before. I was set up with them with a recruiter. Never once got back to me when they said they would. Asked extremely inappropriate questions including if I had a family and if that would interfere with my work for them. The job description was one of the craziest wish lists I'd ever seen. They brought me in asking for a UX Designer and Researcher, then started asking for a UI Designer and Developer on top of that. Still, they loved my skill set and told me I was more experienced than the person I would be replacing. They canceled a couple hours before an on-site interview stating they had interviewed me years before (long enough ago that I have no memory of them plus I had been in my last role for years and never interviewed outside the company during that time) and because I did not have the skill set they needed back then, that I couldn't possibly have the skill set they needed now.
