The process was fairly standard. I interviewed with an HR representative, then with the head of the team, and then with another senior member of the team. Unfortunately, the process was plagued with delays, mainly, I think, due to the lack of organization by the HR rep. After my last interview, the HR Rep indicated she'd provide me a status update shortly. That was three weeks ago. I've followed up twice and have received no response. Based on similar reviews this does not appear to be an isolated issue. For a company this size I would expect a more professional process. Do better Capital Group.
