I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Capital Group (Irvine, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
Three Phone interviews.
In person interview with 2 individuals.
Month long process but very thorough.
They asked questions about work ethic, problem solving, if you ask for help when you need, what do you do when you make a mistake, what did you learn from your mistakes.
Be prepared to have examples about times things went wrong, how you fixed them, and the outcome/results.

Interview
First was a Zoom interview w/ recruiter. If you move in then it's two in person interviews on the same day with different hiring managers. Standard STAR format questions. They give you a tour of the campus and offices to give you a sense of the working environment.

Interview
Recruiting screen. Invitation to interview came three business days after I applied. Pretty standard questions, the recruiter was nice and supportive. My only complaint was that they told me to reach out with questions and strongly implied I would be moving forward. After some time has passed I reached out with questions. Didn’t hear anything until I got an automated email telling me the position was filled.

Question 1
Tell me about a difficult customer, how did you navigate the interaction and resolve the conflict?
They were quick to get back to me, I have my interview coming up so ill see how that goes! Hopefully I get an offer to work here:) it is quite a drive and wonder if it could be all remote as well
