Process was really clunky. A recruiter reached out to me, but was very non-responsive for most of the process. After the first set of interviews the recruiter went silent for two weeks only replying after two e-mails. Her response was a bit weak and it was clear she was responding on her iPhone in a hurry. I respect the organization, but it doesn't seem this process meets the standard Capital Group is historically known for.
