Disappointed that a seasoned recruiter and long-term employee with Capital Group would provide false information about how the process would play out. At the conclusion of the interview, I was told I would hear a response if I was moving forward or not by the end of the following week (which would have been 5 business days). I expressed how incredible I thought that was and the recruiter stated “Yes, we move very quickly around here”. Well, the week went by and no update. After the second week, I followed-up with an email. No response or update provided. It has been many months now, no updates, and I can see my application has not been closed out. Again, disappointed by inaccurate and poor communications by the Talent team and has me questioning if this really would have been a great place to work.
