I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Group (Irvine, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter through e-mail after applying through their website. I was first given a phone interview that was fairly easy, and they went over how this process would proceed. After I passed the initial phone interview, also which is conducted by an outside recruiting firm, I was given an online video interview, similar to a Skype interview. At this point, I didn't really want the job and didn't give it my full effort. They ask questions like What was something you did and wished you hadn't? They give pretty standard questions. Unfortunately they were only willing to offer 30-35K for the position, where I wanted 45-50K. I did not move past the online video interview.

Interview
First was a Zoom interview w/ recruiter. If you move in then it's two in person interviews on the same day with different hiring managers. Standard STAR format questions. They give you a tour of the campus and offices to give you a sense of the working environment.

Interview
Recruiting screen. Invitation to interview came three business days after I applied. Pretty standard questions, the recruiter was nice and supportive. My only complaint was that they told me to reach out with questions and strongly implied I would be moving forward. After some time has passed I reached out with questions. Didn’t hear anything until I got an automated email telling me the position was filled.
