In August 2024, a Capital One recruiter emailed me around 9 PM to schedule a pre-screening interview (which is odd and certainly automated). I replied within an hour and proposed several dates/times.
I didn't receive any response so I followed up 3 times every week. I finally received an email with only this sentence: "let me call you tomorrow at 9:30 est." I replied politely and asked whether the recruiter had my contact information. Of course, no response this time again.
