Interview
One case interview, not a single behavioral question. Either one interviewer or two based on how experienced the interviewers are. It’s interviewer led pretty much, asking for you for things to consider, what your numbers mean, how you could change your numbers for the better, etc. They were very organized but they give the same cases to everybody.

Interview
Applied through university career fair, received an on campus interview which consisted of a 45 minute case study. They give you a lot of materials to prepare so it wasn't bad. If you get past that round you are invited to the richmond office for more interviews and a case study.
