Question 1
Be prepared to discuss why Capitol one and why now.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied through our school career site and got an on campus interview that was basically the same as the final round on-site interview. 3 rounds of 45 minute interviews back to back with no breaks in between because I asked my interviewers a lot of questions. I think the order varied but I had technical (job fit), case, then behavioral. The interviewers were all really nice and down to earth and I enjoyed the process. Heard back about decision in 1.5 weeks.
