it took a week for complete hiring process . Got a telephone call for a face to face interview . 20 min interview . asked some situation questions. how u respond to customer queries ? wt happen when Customer is not approved ? how u helped the customer in that situation ? what was the result when customer is satisfied ?

Decent, was a bit off with training period though. I spoke with a recruiter, then met with the hiring manager. Then i did some personality tests. and met some of the employees got a tour., they called me a few days later. gave me the offer. it was good. i guess.

Interview process was unorganized...they never new and actual start date..it led to me giving my pevious employer a two weeks notice too early..also they got my information mixed up with someone elses...which was a very unprofessional experience..they terminated me
..then called the next week stating they made a mistake and im eligible to come bk
