Interview
One telephone and two face to face meetings within three weeks. Testing after phone screening (verbal and numerical). Communication was very strong with a quick response to my initial application and prompt feedback after each stage. The culture is really important and Capital One increasingly positioning themselves as a digital/tech business; this is reflected in the dress code which is very casual - no need to wear a suit to interview! Highly recommended company with a strong purpose-led culture around treating customers properly.
