Interview
The company is very organized and professional. When you arrive to the recruiting department they escort you to an intimate meeting room that has your name outside the door. The interviewer was very friendly and charismatic. Pretty much wanted to know how my current position relates to the job I am interviewing for. He explained the job and asked me about my experience and education. The second interviewer was a little more straightforward, as she was a higher up, however she was polite. I received the impression from her that she was looking for someone more experienced. I felt like I had a harder time selling myself that I was capable for the position; she had higher expectations. Overall, I had a good experience. Interview was on time and what I expected. They did not ask any aml questions. I do not think I was selected for the position but I would definetely apply to the company again.

Interview
The interview process went smooth. Once you get the job they make it hard for you to transfer or move up in the company. They don't like to let employees transfer.
The interview process consisted of interviewing with three people (recruiter, manager, and director). After the initial meeting with the recruiter, the next two interviews happened pretty quickly. Overall, I would say that it was a smooth process.

Virtual interview with background/experience questions. Not too difficult at all. Make sure to do your research when asked why you are interested in the exact position. Took roughly a month to hear back.
