I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Great experience, very professional and timely with their responses by both email and phone. My recruiter was able to take away some of the anxiety felt when going through the interview process while at the same time advocating for Capital One. The recruitment process was none like I have ever experience before, left me feeling that Capital One was a place that I should be working at.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capital One (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2018
Interview
First part of the interview by email and assessment was okay, i found it so old fashion to judge a candidate by assessment, YES they still exists for Capital one.... I did it and i was able to get to the phone interview and OMG!!! the most weird and bizarre questions... it was the most ridiculous interview i had in a while...
