Recruiter Screen - included behaviral questions which was surprising, I expected only a review of resume. It took one month to schedule the screen after initial contact, recruiter kept rescheduling hiring manager screen - experience based questions

They try to emulate AMZN in their interviews STAR. of the 5 interviewers, 3 were not experienced in careers and 1 of them was outright not interested in what I had to say, right from introductions. Rest of the 4 were cordial but remained as superficial level of technical details and did not want me to dive deep. I am an engineer turned TPM so I do tend to go deeper into technical design.
