I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2019
Interview
Standard four round. Online test,HR phone, technical phone, and onsite(behavior+tech+case+case). They are professional and will pay for the interview day.
A lot of math for case interviews. last question is too complex and I did not make it in limited time. And a lot of hand-writing SQL and role play in case interview. Also prepare to write python code on paper when you are taking the tech round. All interviewers are from data science team and will nicely walk you through the process, but be prepared to showoff your skills and projects!
