I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
Interviewed on campus.
1. Submitted resume through career link as well their website.
2. Got chosen for a first round interview. The first round interview question was very quant based and credit-card based. A lot of finding the break even point.
3. Passed second round and made it to final round. Intense 3 different interviews. Randomized order, the first one I got was the 50 minute behavioral where they're trying to measure your ethics. Wish I didn't joke around so much. Should've been more sincere. Second round threw me off. It was another credit-card based question but the variables were rearranged in a way that made it hard to understand what the objective was. Third round was more of an operation pattern question.

Question 1
I think it was definitely around the final round. When I was asked to calculate the profit of a foreign credit card strategy decision. Then after that I was suppose to find the BEP. Then the interviewer would switch the variables around and ask the same question.
1 online assessment followed by Power Day with 1 product and 2 cases. Power Day was quite tricky with concepts being combined and tested in different forms. Staying calm and taking in every word is crucial in keeping up with the casing.

I thought I did really well, but they emailed me back in a few hours, rejecting me. This was for the online test before the power day, and they didn't even give me a score.
