I am currently in the interviewing phase. I completed the video interview and the 1st phone interview. I am scheduled for another phone interview with the hiring manager. The video interview was very different but I enjoyed the pace. You are able to take a breather in between answers. They are recorded. It is important to answer the questions specifically. I was a little to vague with the answer to " tell us about a time that you proved exceptional customer service" I had to answer it again on the phone interview.
