Submit the application and contacted my friend so that she would personally refer me for the position. It took a month before I received an email from a rep to do a virtual interview on my computer. I had to dress as if i was attending an interview and a virtual person asked me the interview questions, which I recorded, using an phone application. I found the process to be very impersonal. I felt nervous about the answers I submitted and felt that an in-person interview would have given me the opportunity to present my skills more accurately.
