Applied online was contacted about 2 weeks later by a recruiter saying I was selected for interviews. Interviewed at one of their offices in Maryland; 4 different interviewers about 30min each. Two behavioral, one fit and one case study. Case study isn't bad just know some basic accounting and key financial ratios to value a company. And know some history about Capital One (assets size, loans outstanding size, CEO, recent acquisitions). People are very kind and aren't there to make your life miserable. Really just try to be yourself, show some interest and be able to tell some good stories.
