Application
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Oct 2014
Interview
On campus behavioral interview. I then moved to a full Power Day with a job fit, behavioral, and case study. They were 45 minutes each. You’ll be assessed on things such as motivation, intellectual rigor, teamwork, co-worker respect, and so on. I advise people to use the STAR method when answering job-fit questions so the interviewer can follow your train of thought. Doing some research on this technique will serve you well during your preparation. As for the case study mine was related to ideas for banking technical services.

The case study was the most difficult when asking your ideas and what you should implement.
I had a power day with three different interviewers. I had a mix experience as not all my conversations with each interviewer was the best. But overall I had a great experience.

The first round was pretty easy. It was a basic case interview using a break even calculation. The super day was a lot harder, 3 interviews back, to back, to back. They all had a difficult case component with them.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I interviewed on campus (about 1 hour) then on site in Richmond, VA. The onsite consisted of three interviews: behavioral, case, and job fit. Everyone was very nice and made me feel relaxed in the interviews. I thought that I would get an offer, but overall it was a good experience.
