I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capital One (Kharagpur, West Bengal) in Dec 2014
Interview
A written test of 30 Data Interpretation Questions in 35 minutes. High score is required to clear it. This is followed by 2-3 Case interviews and a Behavioral interview as clearly mentioned on the company's website. The interviewers seemed like cool people which gave a good impression about the company. The Case interviews are mostly numerical based and are pretty easy. Its important for you to be calm during the interviews and avoid calculations mistakes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Marketing Campaign for improving profitability from credit cards.
Laborious process with little communication throughout. Recruiter initially cancelled the first interview just minutes beforehand and in the email cancelling it they patted themselves on the back for being "ahead of it" (ironic?) Went through several more rounds of interviews and was ultimately unimpressed by the process and lack of transparency throughout.
Very drawn out and the situational portion was nerve wracking. Did not get offered job but the communication was great from the recruiter and assisted with all questions along the way.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Alabang)
Interview
Video interviews only. Second level interviewer was in a rush and interrupts while I was speaking. I made it to the final interview but received a regret letter a few days later. I asked for tips on how can I improve but did not get a reply.
