I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Overall interview process wasn't too bad. First round was an on-campus case interview that requires some math problem solving as well as business insights for what drivers to different issues could be. The superday consisted of one behavioral and two more case interviews, with some people receiving a third case. Definitely a great day that lets you gain a lot of insight into the company and the culture of the Richmond office.

Interview
One case with easy math. One power day with behavioral. Standard straight forward questions with exactly what you’d expect. Nothing caught off guard. Think star method to answer questions about difficult experiences or leadership moments. Prepare like you’d prepare for anything else.
Online problem solving exercise, followed by a 3 hour "powerday" with two cases and one product strategy interview. Cases are very numerical, more focus on calculations, and a few creativity based questions as well.
