I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a telephonic interview with a hiring manager. The interview was pertaining my background and experience. I was then invited for an onsite interview in Mclean,Va, I was told before hand that the interview would be a mix of behavioral, 2 case interviews and a case study. I thought I did well very well in the interview and was expecting an offer, however I got a call couple of days later from the recruiter saying that I was not a good fit and they will be moving forward with some other candidate.
