I applied through my campus job site and attended a first round interview at my campus' career center. The interview was behavioral with questions related to projects I've worked on and how I handled obstacles, team management, deadlines, and team conflicts. About a week later I was invited to an on-site interview. I was given hotel accommodations and attended a "pre-interview" dinner the night before with other candidates and recent hires. The following day the interview consisted of 3 interviews 1) Job Fit 2) Behavioral 3) Case. The job fit interview asked questions about my skills, interests, and what I would like to do at Capital One. The behavioral was much of the same from the first round interview. The case was a business problem regarding task management where I was asked to find the most cost effective way of executing a set of tasks where each task may have a dependency on 1 or more tasks. After that we ate lunch and given a tour of the Richmond campus. 3 days later I was given an offer and I accepted about a week later. The recruiters were kind enough to put me in contact with current Capital One employees where I learned more about how my background could fit at Capital One.
