I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capital One (Nottingham, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
Interview process consisted of three main steps: online application, phone interview, and an assessment centre at Capital One's HQ in Nottingham. Lengthy but not overbearing. Online application was similar to most, and phone interview consisted of a case study. Assessment centre had 3 main interviews with different interviewees; a job fit interview, another case study, and a group exercise. Employees were very welcoming throughout the process.
