Verbal/Mathematical assessment test (recruiter failed to give me at correct step in process). 4 hour onsite interview with 4-5 interviewers, mostly behavioral and one technical session. While I did receive a verbal offer, the offer was later rescinded by corporate due to a failure of the verbal/mathematical assessment, that the recruiter forgot to send to me and made me take it AFTER I received a verbal offer and went through the rest of the interview process. The recruiter (likely a contractor) refused to let corporate know about his mistake, and I lost the job offer. Worst recruiting experience ever.
