The process was pretty intense. I had a phone screen with HR and then had to complete three tests - a math test, a verbal test and a personality test. When I passed those I was brought in for a full day of interviews - 2 behavioral interviews, a job fit interview, a few meet and greets and an awkward lunch where all of the candidates ate together talking to two employees. However, I did get my offer two days after the interview, so they were fast in making their decision.
