The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
Lengthy quantities and impressive - data driven and fair assessment process case study is hard use practice links and take time getting familiar with resources HR provides before the interview
30 minute recruiter screen, 30 minute hiring manager screen. Then was moved on to 6 one-hour interviews which consists of 3 cases, 1 product, and 2 job fit interviews a week later. Cases involved a lot of break even calculations in different scenarios. Recruiter was nice but the rejection call was only 5 minutes. Was a bit disheartening as the entire interview process was quite lengthy and required a lot of prep. Capital One seems to very much focus on a very single way (break even) to evaluate business applicants instead of focusing on their entire profile & fit.
