The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capital One in Oct 2010
Interview
I submitted my resume through career services, and was invited to first round interviews. The interview was a fairly simple 30 minute case study. The case question was about the $5 footlong promotion, and what the company should consider when deciding whether or not to have the promotion. The main point was to analyze revenues and costs with and without the promotion. Within 4 business days I was invited to take the online math and verbal reasoning assessments (which I have yet to do, since I just received the links to the assessments yesterday). I'm assuming if I pass them then I will be invited to site for final round interviews.
Other Business Analyst Interview Reviews for Capital One
1 online assessment followed by Power Day with 1 product and 2 cases. Power Day was quite tricky with concepts being combined and tested in different forms. Staying calm and taking in every word is crucial in keeping up with the casing.

I thought I did really well, but they emailed me back in a few hours, rejecting me. This was for the online test before the power day, and they didn't even give me a score.
