An in-house recruiter called me for an initial screening and about a week later he set me up for a technical phone interview with a Software Manager on the team. It took another two weeks to schedule me for a face to face interview at the Vienna Virginia office. I spent the first one hour answering 50 -60 technical questions (covering networking, database structure and queries, Linux commands, version control commands, continuous integration / continuous deployment, AWS stack). I spent the next 45 minutes answering three behavioral questions and finally spoke with the Director of Systems Operations about the position I was interviewing for.
