The interview process is easy first interview is a recorded screening with questions. Then you speak with a recruiter, after that with a hiring manager. During the interview make sure to focus more on the customer experience and pleasing them as opposed to the knowledge of the financial industry. They'll train someone who is capable of pleasing their customers.
