A very coordinated recruiting process. I felt informed every step of the way and very well prepared for the in-person interviews. Required both math and reading comprehension tests as well as a day of back-to-back behavioral interview questions. The interviewers were required to write answers in booklets with pre-assigned questions so it felt forced at times and all were apologetic that they were writing the entire time instead of having a 1:1 conversation.
