The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Feb 2011
Interview
Applied through my college career center (resume drop). Got initial interview. Initial interview question was about the Subway 5 dollar footlong promotion. There was not time for behavioral questions in the initial interview. Passed that, then got an IQ test and a math/verbal assessment to complete. Then got invited to a final round interview in Virginia. Representatives and interviewers were incredibly nice.

Question 1
Tell us if Subway should adopt the 5 dollar footlong policy.
Guy didn't really want to talk to me, tried to crack a joke and the start and he ignored it. Seemed like he was being forced to conduct the interview and would get fired if he didn't
Quick and straightforward. Started with a couple online assessments and a HireVue, then went straight to super day. The super day was 3 interviews with cases and behavioral interviews. The cases were geared towards credit cards and more math heavy than typical consulting cases.

Describe 10 ways you would improve a water bottle.
The same video interview just like anyone else. Explaining how you overcome problems, greatest achievement, I didn't put my heart into it as I've heard that many people says the company is not an ideal workplace
