My experience before the assessment day was very positive like most others. The people in Capital One are very nice and helpful. The difficulty level of the interviews were pretty standard as well. But after the AC the HRs disappeared. They had kept me waiting for more than 8 weeks with no feedback/rejection or further interview notice. Emails are not responded. I am very frustrated about this and just unsure what is going on. Business

Interview
After online application and online test, I've done a video interview for some motivation and competence questions like why capital one, why this role, describe an experience for working in a team etc and a numerical case as the last question. I also did a case study video interview.

For case study interview, it's similar to the sample ice cream case on the website. In the beginning, interviewer asked me to outline some key factors and then gave me a number of data to ask me calculate profitability and breakeven point.

Online application which included normal questions about why the company and position you applied for. Online numerical and psychometric tests. Case study based telephone interview. Assessment centre for half a day, included group exercise, 1 on 1 interview and a case study based problem. This would then lead to a final interview.
