Capital One Senior Statistician interview questions

I applied through campus career website and then got the phone interview. The questions are very technical and most of them are statistical questions with real industry application. Since the interview sounds like a Chinese and has a poor oral English, I cannot catch some questions. Most of my classmates got this interview but they declined us all. It seems that this position just recruits PhD students.

There were 5 different meetings during my onsite interview. The first meeting I worked through a probability problem. In another meeting, I was presented with a case study (regression results) and had to act as if those results were my colleagues. I had to present, defend, and offer constructive improvements while acting like I was talking the results over with a client. Then I had two normal interview type meetings. The fifth meeting was a personal reflection meeting.
