Capital One Technology Development interview questions

It was a three part interview, consisting of personality, technical skills, and business case study sections. Each part of the interview had its own evaluator. Be aware that there are rumors that Capital One uses a fairly arbitrary points system to gauge candidates' skill. One such rumor is that using the calculator they provide during the business case study will be a detriment to your score.

Submitted Resume and Cover Letter Online. Basic programming questions online. They then called me on-site to do an interview. Three interview- a behaviourial, a case, and a technical. The recruiters were very kind in all three and they weren't overly difficult. Make sure you are able to go into depth on the behaviourial one. Overall good experience despite no offer for work.
